  • Every Piece of You creation is crafted in 18K gold and set with natural diamonds — precious materials chosen to stand the test of time. With a little care, your piece can last a lifetime and become something beautiful to pass down through generations.
  • Every Piece Is Unique : Every Piece of You creation is handcrafted, so slight variations in shape, setting, finish, and diamond weight may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade jewellery that contribute to the individuality of each piece. Such variations do not necessarily indicate a fault.
  • The price given at the time the order is placed is customized for you at the time of your designing. Further changes in design and any modifications will lead to changes in price and delivery times.
  • Orders will only be considered accepted once payment is received and order number is confirmed between both parties Piece of You and customer.
  • Every piece is designed and made to order. Once your design is finalised, your order is confirmed and payment is received, your piece will be ready within approximately 7–10 working days. These are general guidelines, and in rare cases delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • No exchange or refund under any circumstance, once order is placed or delivered.
  • Minor modifications such as sizing can be done, at the discretion of the management, and at a chargeable fee.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, changed or modified.

  • Any manufacturing defects must be informed within 12 hours of receiving the personalized items; after which we will not be held responsible for the product mishandling.
  • All designs, raw material products and images are sole proprietorship of Piece Of You.
  • All personalized and customized jewellery are for final sale and have been manufactured according to customer specifications. Piece Of You is not liable for errors that are the result of customer instructions or specifications.
  • All diamond jewelry comes with in-house certificate of authenticity.
  • All gold jewelry comes with government approved 750/18kt stamp.
  • We don’t sell per gram.
